विधियों आदि को सम्मिलित करते हएु ) सामान्य काननी नियमू । TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Jaipur, February 24, 2026

G.S.R.142 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4-C of the Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1951 (Act No. 11 of 1951), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F.6(328)/Pari/Tax/Hqrs/2021/17882 Dated 05.08.2022, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, the existing serial number (i) and (ii) shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"(i) Twenty six percent, in case of non-transport vehicles; and (ii) Sixteen percent, in case of transport vehicles."
