जी.एस.आर.148 :-भारत के संविधान के अनच्छे
ु द 309 (cid:217)वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हएु राजस्थान के राज्यपाल, राजस्थान ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज राज्य एवं अधीनस्थ सेवा नियम, 1998 को और संशोधित करने के लिए, इसके (cid:217)वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात ्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का नाम राजस्थान ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज राज्य एवं अधीनस्थ सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2026 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवत्तृ होंगे।
2. अनसचीु ू -II का संशोधन.- राजस्थान ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज राज्य एवं अधीनस्थ सेवा नियम, 1998 से संलग्न अनसचीु ू -II में शीर्ष ग्रपु क-सामान्य, के अधीन,-
(i) क्रम संख्याक 1 के सामने स्तम्भ संख्याक 6 में, वि(cid:217)यमान अभियक्ति "अनदेशकु / सहायक विकास अधिकारी" के स्थान पर अभिव्यक्ति "अनदेशकु /सहायक विकास अधिकारी/वरिष्ठ ग्राम विकास अधिकारी" प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी; और
(ii) क्रम संख्याक 2 के सामने स्तम्भ संख्याक 2 में, वि(cid:217)यमान अभियक्ति "अनदेशकु /सहायक विकास 703 राजस्थान राज-पत्र, मार्च 30, 2026 भाग 4 (ग) DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL

Jaipur, March 30, 2026
G.S.R.148 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Rural Development and Panchayati Raj State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1998, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Rural Development and Panchayati Raj State and Subordinate Service (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule-II.- In Schedule-II, under the heading Group A -General appended to the Rajasthan Rural Development and Panchayati Raj State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1998,-
(i) in column number 6 against serial number 1, for the existing expression "Instructor/Assistant Vikas Adhikari", the expression " Instructor/Assistant Vikas Adhikari/ Varishth Gram Vikas Adhikari" shall be substituted; and
(ii) in column number 2 against serial number 2, for the existing expression "Instructor/Assistant Vikas Adhikari", the expression " Instructor/Assistant Vikas Adhikari/ Varishth Gram Vikas Adhikari " shall be substituted.
