NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, April 1, 2026

S.O.01 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 71 of the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 (Act No.II of 1950), the State Government, being of the opinion that reasonable grounds exist for doing so, hereby exempts fifty percentof the Excise Duty payable under this department's notification number F.4(62)FD/Ex/96 dated 31-03-1997, as amended from time to time, for the first two months from the date of issue of Microbrewery licence. This shall have effect from 01-04-2026.
