NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, April 1, 2026

S.O.02 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 71 of the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 (Act No. II of 1950), the State Government, being of the opinion that reasonable grounds exist for doing so, hereby exempts the manufacturers of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and Beer of the State from the payment of 50 percent of bottling fee payable on the quantity exported by them under sub-rule (2) of rule 69 of the Rajasthan Excise Rules, 1956. This shall have effect from 01.04.2026.
