F.20(91)Energy/2025/0520 .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 164 of Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act No. 36 of 2003), the State Government for the purpose of placing electric lines or electric plants for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephone or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works or for the purpose of construction of approx. 38.1 km. 33 kV overhead Transmission line (35.7 KM. S/C & 2.4 KM. D/C) by M/s JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two Ltd. for evacuation of power from their proposed 68 MW Hybrid RE Project to 220/33kV Rajgarh Pooling Substation of M/s Vish Wind further connected through a 220 kV TL to RVPN's 220kV Akal GSS, Tehsil - Jaisalmer, District - Jaisalmer, is hereby authorized by M/s JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two Ltd., JSW Centre, BandraKurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai-400051, under the Indian Telegraph Act,1885 (Central Act 13 of 1885), subject to compliance of Supreme Court's order and outcome of final decision on the feasibility report by the Committee constituted vide Supreme Court order dated 19.4.2021 and subsequent orders in the matter of GIB.
