ORDER

G.S.R.07 .-In compliance of decision taken in the 6th meeting of Board of Investment held on 14.02.2026 and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme-2014, the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, makes the following amendments in this Department's order No. F. 12(30) FD/Tax/2015-66 dated 24.07.2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the said order") regarding Customized Package in favour of M/s Daikin Air-Conditioning India Private Limited, Japanese Zone, Neemrana, namely.-
AMENDMENTS
In the said order,
1. The existing expression "set up of a new unit" at serial number (ii) of clause 1 shall be substituted by the expression "set up of an expansion unit."
2. The existing expression "'setting up of plant for new unit'" at serial number 2(iii) of clause 2 shall be substituted by the expression "setting up of an expansion unit."
3. All other conditions shall remain the same.
