NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, April 20, 2026

S.O.09 .- whereas, by the notification number G. S. R 32 dated May 29, 2015, issued under section 18 read with section 102 of the Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014 (22 of 2015), the state Government has notified the Rajasthan State Highways Fee (Determination of rates and Collection) Rules. 2015 and amendments to prescribe the fee on use of the notified sections of State Highways;

And whereas, pursuant to the provisions of section 19 of the Act, the Public Works Department, Government of Rajasthan has entered into an agreement with BG NEEMRANA REWARI LINKWAY PRIVATE LIMITED having its Registered Office at 4th Floor, Vikas Surya Shopping Mall, Plot No. 18, Manglam Palace, Sector-3, Rohini New Delhi – 110085, (herein after referred to as ("Concessionaire'') for development of Gadoj (State Border)- Majri to Haryana /Rajasthan Border and Majri to Neemrana section of State highway No. 111 & 111A from Km. 0.000 to Km. 46.400 (herein referred to as the "said section") on Design, Build, Finance, Operate& transfer (the "DBFOT") basis; Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 of the said Act read with Rule 3 of the said Rules, the Government of Rajasthan hereby notifies that there shall be levied and collected fees on mechanical vehicles for use of the said section, at the rates specified in the aforesaid Rules and authorizes the said Concessionaire to collect and retain the said fees on and from the date of commercial operation of the said section, subject to and in accordance with the said Rules and Provisions of the aforesaid agreement. For fee to be levied and collected following AMENDMENT is being made in the earlier published fee notification S.O.90 dated 12.12.2024 and hereunder shall be due and payable at the following Toll Plaza for the distance specified in the respect of such Toll plaza: 18 राजस्थान राज-पत्र, अप्रेल 23, 2026 भाग 4(ग) Table (1)
