निर्वाचन की सचनाू

एतद(cid:217)वारा सचनाू दी जाती है कि:-

(1) राजस्थान विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों (cid:217)वारा राज्य सभा के तीन सदस्यों का निर्वाचन होना है;

(2) नामनिदशर्ने -पत्र रिटर्निग आफिसर (प्रमखु सचिव, राजस्थान विधान सभा - कक्ष संख्या 106) को या सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर (प्रमखु अनसंधानु एवं संदर्भ अधिकारी, राजस्थान विधान सभा - कक्ष संख्या 112) को अभ्यर्थी या उसके किसी प्रस्थापक (cid:217)वारा सोमवार, दिनांक 08 जनू , 2026 से अपश्चात ् (लोक अवकाश दिन से भिन्न) किसी दिन 11.00 बजे पर्वाह्नू और 3.00 बजे अपराह्न के बीच राजस्थान विधान सभा सचिवालय, जयपरु में परिदत्त किये जा सकें गे;

(3) नामनिदशर्ने -पत्र के प्ररूप पर्वोक्तू स्थान और समय पर अभिप्राप्त किये जा सकें गे;

(4) नामनिदशर्ने -पत्र संवीक्षा के लिये राजस्थान विधान सभा भवन भू-तल पर स्थित कक्ष संख्या 751 जयपरु में मंगलवार, दिनांक 09 जनू , 2026 को अपराह्न 1.30 बजे लिए जायेंगे;

(5) अभ्यर्थिता वापस लेने की सचनाू या तो अभ्यर्थी (cid:217)वारा या उसके किसी प्रस्थापक (cid:217)वारा या उसके निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता (cid:217)वारा जो अभ्यर्थी (cid:217)वारा उसे परिदत्त करने के लिए लिखित में प्राधिकतृ किया गया हो, ऊपर पैरा (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट आफिसरों में से किसी को उसके कार्यालय में गरुवारु , दिनांक 11 जनू , 2026 को 3.00 बजे अपराह्न के पर्व

ू परिदत्त की जा सके गी;

(6) निर्वाचन लड़े जाने की दशा में गरुवारु , दिनांक 18 जनू , 2026 को 9.00 बजे पर्वाह्नू और 4.00 बजे अपराह्न के बीच मतदान होगा।

NOTICE OF ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that:-

(1) an election is to be held of three members to the Council of States by the elected members of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly;

(2) nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposers to the Returning Officer (Principal Secretary, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly - Room No.106) or to the Assistant Returning Officer (Principal Research & Reference Officer, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly-Room No. 112) at Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Jaipur between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. on any day (other than public holiday) not later than the Monday, the 08th June, 2026;

(3) forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and times aforesaid;

(4) the nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, the 09th June, 2026 at Room No. 751 Ground Floor, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Jaipur.

(5) notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, the 11th June, 2026;

(6) in the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on Thursday, the 18th June, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
