Mines and Petroleum Department NOTIFICATION Jaipur, June 23, 2026 S.O.21 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23B and sub-section (1) of section 24 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act No. 67 of 1957) and in supersession of this department's notification number F.14(1)Mines/Gr.II/2011 dated 26.05.2011, the State Government hereby authorizes the Officers of Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and Economic Offences not below the rank of Deputy Director and Revenue Intelligence Officer to exercise powers under section 23B and sub-section (1) of section 24 of the said Act in the State of Rajasthan.
