तथा अधिसचनाएं TRANSPORT & ROAD SAFETY DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Jaipur, July 02, 2026 S.O.24 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1951 (Act No.11 of 1951), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby exempts from the payment of Motor Vehicle Tax, One Time Tax, Special Road Tax, Lump Sum Tax, Surcharge, Penalty and Interest, if any, due upto 31.03.2025 on the vehicles registered upto 31.05.2026 in National Capital Region, if owner of such vehicle,-
(i) opts for benefits under the "Naya Safar Yojna"; and (ii) vehicle is found eligible and registered under "Naya Safar Yojna".
Explanation: For the purpose of this notification "Naya Safar Yojna" means Naya Safar Yojna issued by the Government of India.
