तथा अधिसचनाएं TRANSPORT & ROAD SAFETY DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Jaipur, July 02, 2026 S.O.26 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 4.6 of the Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Rules, 1990 and clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 65 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act No. 59 of 1988), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby exempts from payment of Registration fee payable under rule 81 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 on the vehicle registered,-
(i) in National Capital Region; and (ii) such vehicle is eligible for benefits under the "Naya Safar Yojna".
Explanation: For the purpose of this notification "Naya Safar Yojna" means Naya Safar Yojna issued by the Government of India.
