RAJASTHAN HIGH COURT JODHPUR O R D E R Jaipur, May 15, 2026 G.S.R.25 .-In pursuance of Rules 4, 5, 7 & 22 of the Rajasthan High Court Staff Service Rules, 2002, Hon'ble the Chief Justice has been pleased to make the following further amendments to this office order No. Estt./HC/2001/378 dated 05.12.2002 regarding the method of recruitment and qualifications for appointment to the various posts :- 1. Amendment in Clause 34.- In the existing Sub-Clause (2) of Clause 34 of Part-VII of the order dt. 05.12.2002, following amendments shall be made:- (i) In the existing Sub-Clause (2)(A) (iii) of Clause 34, the expression
"he/she must have a Diploma Certificate of minimum 1 year regular Cooking Course from an Institution recognised by the State Governments/ Government of India or " shall be deleted.
(ii) In the existing Sub-Clause (2)(A)(iii) of Clause 34, after the existing expression "Government Undertaking" following expression shall be inserted:-
"or the experience gained with the Judge(s) concerned"
(iii) After the existing Sub-Clause (2)(B)(iii) of Clause 34, a following new Sub-Clause (iv) shall be inserted:-
"(iv) For appointment to the post of Cook from Class IV employees under Rule 5(1)(g) the nominated person shall be screened by the Committee constituted by the Chief Justice, subject to the condition that person possesses the required educational and other qualifications."
