a. HARI OM GUPTA, S/o Shri Kapoor Chand Gupta b. GOVIND SHARAN GUPTA S/o Shri Shanti Priya Gupta
2. That on 07-06-2023, Mr. Govind Sharan Gupta S/o Shri Shanti Priya Gupta has retired from the firm.
3. That Mr- Govind Sharan Gupta S/o Shri Shanti Priya Gupta has paid all liabilities and received his share of assets from the firm
4. That we have no objection in registering the said change
