AFFIDAVIT
We the partners of M/S SUJALA STONE UDHYOG, Near Bus Station, N.H.58 Lodhsar, Tehsil- Sujangarh, Dist.- Churu Rajasthan, 331507 do hereby confirm as follows:-
1- That the said partnership firm was originally constituted by the partners in the name and style of M/S SUJALA STONE UDHYOG on dated 06.05.2023 and the said firm was registered with District Industries Centre (DIC), Churu vide Registration No. RF/CRU/2023/1903 And supplementary deed was executed on dated 30.04.2025. 2- That Mrs. Kamla W/O Mahendra Kumar has voluntarily retired from said partnership firm w.e.f. 30.04.2025.
3- That Mr. Prahlad Buldak S/O Seva Ram has joined the firm as partners w.e.f. 30.04.2025.
4- That all the dues of Mrs. Kamla (Retiring Partner) have been settled by the partnership firm (It's Continuing Partner and Incoming Partner).
5- That We, all the partners of this firm are agreed to publish this information in the Government Gazette. That We Sohani Devi and Subhash Garhwal Existing partners do hereby affirmly sworn that all the above point number 1 to 5 are true and correct as per our knowledge and belief.
