AFFIDAVIT
I, Manish Kumar Garg, son of Shri Onkar Mal Garg, aged about 40 years, resident of Resident of Flat No. B-1202, 12th Floor, B Block, Asha deep Vedanta Sec. 11, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur, and Rajasthan-302033 do hereby declare on oath and solemnly affirm as under:-
1- That I had been a partner in the firm, M/S ROYAL CREATIONS, Address SP-1013 B, SITAPURA INDUSTRIAL AREA, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN 302022 vide Registration No: RF/JPU/2021/3166 Along with Daulat Ram, Hitesh, Umesh Kumar as my co-partner.
2- That I have voluntarily retired from the said firm w.e.f. 31-03-2025. and singed on the amended Partnership Deed executed on 31-03-2025
3- That in the said amended Partnership Deed, the other remaining partner Mr. Daulat Ram, Hitesh, Umesh Kumar also signed in token of acceptance of my resignation. 4- That I certify that the signature put on the reconstituted Partnership Deed and the enclosed I.D is mined only.
5- That I further declare that w.e.f 31-03-2025 onwards I shall have no relationship whatsoever with the said partnership firm.
