Ramakant Joshi In the capacity of present partner M/s Shri Hari Industries, I solemnly state that : - 1- That a partnership firm M/s Shri Hari Industries was formed by its partners, the above form was registered with the Registration of Firm Sikar on the date of registration number 171/23/2014 on 13-11-20214.
2- That the partners Ashutosh Joshi S/o. Ramakant Joshi, Sandeep Kumar S/o. Ramakant Joshi and Rohan Joshi S/o. Ramakant Joshi have unanimously agreed to retire from the partnership firm voluntarily.
3- The old partner will be responsible for all the liabilities before the formation of the new partnership firm and all the existing partners will be the right for all the liabilities after the formation of the new partnership.
