भाग 7 विभिन्न विभागों में प्रदायों के लिए टेण्डर मांगने की सूचनाओं को सम्मिलित करते हुए सार्वजनिक और निजी विज्ञापन आदि। DECLARATION AFFIDAVIT We, Ramesh Chand Rathi S/o Shri Shrigopal Rathi Aged 50 yrs r/o Rathi Bhawan, Fateh Sagar, Jodhpur, Mahesh Chand Gandhi s/o Mohan Lal Gandhi r/o Outside Nagori Gate, Jodhpur - hereby declare that ः- 1- We declare that M/s Ashok Industries, a partnership firm, which was constituted on 27-04-1993 between Shri Shrigopal Rathi S/o Shri Bal Mukand Rathi and Shri Mahesh Chand Gandhi S/o Mohan Lal Gandhi was duly registered with Registrar of Firms vide Registration no. 17/18/124/94 Dt. 28th December, 1994.
2- That on 01st January, 2000 vide Partnership Amendment Deed Shri Ramesh Chand Rathi S/o Shri Shrigopal Rathi was admitted to Partnership firm w.e.f. 01-01-2000. 3- That Shri Mahesh Chand Gandhi S/o Shri Mohan Lal Gandhi got retired from the firm on 01-04-2000 and the new profit-sharing ratio among the remaining partnerships was 50ः50.
4- That One of the partners of Ashok Industries Shri Shrigopal Rathi died on 05-04-2004 and no new partner was inducted in his place, and partnership firm got dissolved by operation of law w.e.f. 05-04-2004.
