We Rakesh Chopra S/o Sh. Surindar Kumar Chopra aged 61 years, resident of 507/6, Balmiki Marg, Raja Park, Jaipur-302004 and Meghna Gangwal D/o Sh. Chetan kumar Sogani aged 41 years, resident of 8/181, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur-302004 hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as under ः-
1. That we are partners of "M/s Aspire Learning Institute" office at 507/6, Balmiki Marg, Raja Park, Jaipur-302004 Registration No. RF/JPU/2025/1472.
2. That we voluntarily and with the consent of all the partners have dissolved the firm w. e.f. 1st April 2026.
3. That we have nothing to do with this firm after 1st April 2026. 4. The retiring documents i.e. Form-E and the dissolution partnership deed has been signed by us.
