U n d e r s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f S e c t i o n 3 o f t h e Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 0.12.5 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Viluppuram and Dindigul.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Viluppuram and Dindigul and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector, Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector's Ofﬁ ce, Viluppuram and in the ofﬁ ce of the Sub Collector, Thirukoilur, Viluppuram District and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit for formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid our to the lands controlled or managed by Government. The following notice is issued under sub – section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub – section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below and measuring 3.41.00 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari The plan of the lands are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Tasildar, Arcot Taluk and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.
