Anna Nootrandu Co-operative House Site Society was liquidated vide Deputy Registrar (Housing), Virudhunagar R.C.280/2013/SF(1), dated: 29-01-2018 and the Co-operative Sub Registrar/Superintendent offi ce of the Deputy Registrar (Housing), Virudhunagar was appointed as Offi cial Liquidator for the above Society vide order of the Deputy Registrar (Housing), Virudhunagar R.C.280/2013/SF(2), dated: 29-01-2018."

Constitution of a District Munsif Court at Sivagiri in Tirunelveli District

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the High Court, Madras, hereby fi xes Sivagiri in Tirunelveli District as the place at which the District Munsif Court, Sivagiri, shall be held.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Tirunelveli District, the District Munsif Court, Sivagiri, shall have local jurisdiction over Puliangudi Firka of Kadayanallur Taluk and over the entire Taluk of Sivagiri with effect from the date on which the District Munsif, Sivagiri assumes charge of that court.

The High Court, Madras, hereby directs and notifi es that the District Munsif, Sivagiri in Tirunelveli District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date of constitution of District Munsif Court at Sivagiri.

"In exercise of the powers conferred under the fi rst proviso to Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the High Court of Madras hereby directs that appeals from the decrees or orders of the District Munsif's Court at Usilampatti be preferred in the Subordinate Judge's Court at Usilampatti with effect on and from the date on which the Subordinate Judge, assumes charge of Subordinate Judge's Court at Usilampatti."

Variations to the New Town Development Plan of the Hosur New Town Development Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the New Town Development Plan of the Hosur New Town Development Area Consented under this said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.12 at Page No.159, 160 of Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 26th March 2003.

VARIATIONS

In the said Hosur New Town Development Plan under the heading General Industrial use zone in Thorappali Agraharam Village and Panchayat at the expression of S.F.No.393/5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 394/1B, 4B with an extent of 6.67 Acres (2.70.0 Hectares) shall be added.

Under the heading, Agricultural use Zone (Dry) in Thorappali Agraharam Village and Panchayat at the expression of S.F.No.393/5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 394/1B, 4B with an extent of 6.67 Acres (2.70.0 Hectares) shall be deleted.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the Government Order Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (UD IV-I) Department, dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Issue No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15th July 2009 the following variations to the New Town Development Plan of the Hosur New Town Development Area Consented under this said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.12 at Page No.159, 160 of Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 26th March 2003.

VARIATIONS

In the said Hosur New Town Development Plan under the heading "General Industrial Use Zone," in Alur Village and Panchayat, the expression of S.F.No. 370/3B1B1, 370/3B1D1, 371/1D with an extent of 1.13½ Acres (0.45.90 Hectares) shall be added.

Under the heading 'Agricultural Use Zone' in Alur Village and Panchayat, the expression of S.F.Nos. 370/3B1B1, 370/3B1D1, 371/1D with an extent 1.13½ Acres (0.45.90 Hectares) shall be deleted.
