"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the affairs of the Anna Taxi and Van Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., Ind.No. 1699, Cuddalore District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Principal Secretary/ Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai vide Proc. Rc. No. 16579/ICF/2012, dated 02-03-2018 and Under Section 138 of the same Act, the Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Cuddalore has also been appointed as Offi cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation."

No. 2116/2018/DP1, dated 05-03-2018, hereby makes the individual draft variation for Conversion of Residential use into Commercial use Thoothukudi Local Planning Authority/Corporation - Ward 4, Block 32B, New T.S.No. 4140/18 (Old T.S. No 4140/1C1pt) Extent 1593.50 sq.m. to the Sanctioned Town Planning Scheme 'D' of Thoothukudi Local Planning Area sanctioned by the Government in G.O.No.570, dated 01-03-1944.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member-Secretary, Thoothukudi Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

VARIATION

1. The Commissioner of Town and Country Planning has approved the variation Plan in Map No. DDP(V)/DTCP No. 2/2018 to the above Individual draft variation.

2. This draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the confi rmed variation notifi cation to be issued under Section 33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Cuddalore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers delegated to the Local Planning Authority for Reclassifi cation streamlining procedure under Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2 page 228, dated 15th July 2009 Member-Secretary, Cuddalore Local Planning Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Master Plan of Cuddalore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published with the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No. II(2)/Housing/490/2006 at page 326 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 20th September 2006.

VARIATIONS

In the said Master Plan in Annexure 3(1) Proposed Land use zoning.

(1) Under the heading Cuddalore Town "1 (b) MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE"

(i) Under the Sub-heading ward No.5, for the expression 1898/1A3A2 and 1910/3A2 shall be substituted.

(ii) Under the heading Cuddalore Town "V PUBLIC AND SEMI PUBLIC USE ZONE" (i) Under sub-heading ward No.5 after the expression 1898/1A3A2 and 1910/3A2 shall be inserted.

In excercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Amendment to Master Plan for Tiruppur Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published with the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/573/2006 at page 375 of Part Il—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 22nd November 2006.

AMENDMENT

In the said Master Plan, in the Development Control Regulation, after Regulation No. 9(2) (d) (iv), the following proviso as para (v) to sub-clause (d) of clause (2) of Regulation No. 9 shall be inserted, namely:-

9(2)(d) (V)-" In cases of Industrial estates developed by Government agencies the Authority reserves the right to allow the concerned Government agencies to retain the spaces set apart for roads, recreation purpose such as parks/ playgrounds etc., and maintain the same for the purposes for which these spaces have been reserved in the approved layout to the satisfaction of the Authority and not to sell such spaces for industrial development or any other purpose. The roads in the layout must be open to the Public for access and should open in the adjoining lands to ensure access to the lands surrounding the Industrial layout".
