DATE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF THE TAMIL NADU CATERING ESTABLISHMENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018 (TAMIL NADU ACT 9 OF 2018).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 23-03-2018 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
