No. II(2)/HWMP/307/2018.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for formation of Mayiladuthurai By-pass road in Manakudi Village, Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Nagapattinam

District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (NABARD and Rural Roads) Highways Department, Nagapattinam after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

தொழிலாளர்களுக்கான மாறும் பஞ்சப்படியை Base-2001-100 அடிப்படையில் VDA-Point rate-01-ற்கு ரூ.30/- என்று கணக்கிட்டு மாத சம்பளத்தில் வழங்குமாறு கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

தொழிலாளர்களுக்கான வருடாந்திர போனஸ் Gross Salary-யில் இருந்து முழு ஆண்டிற்கு கணக்கிட்டு 20% வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.

"3 மாத சம்பளத் தொகையை போனஸ் தொகையைாக வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம்தானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்க".

தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு தற்பொழுது வழங்கப்பட்டு வரும் Monthly Attendance Bonus ரூ.350/- மற்றும் 3 மாதத்திற்கு விடுப்பு எடுக்காமல் வந்தால் ரூ.2,500/- வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதற்கு பதிலாக தொழிலாளர்கள் ஒரு மாதத்திற்கு விடுப்பு எடுக்காமல் வந்தால் ரூ.1,500/-வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரும் தொற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.

In the Government Order fi rst to third read above, Special Rules for the post of Liaison Offi cer, State Guest House, Chepauk, Chennai -5, were issued. Further, except the post of Liaison Offi cer, all the posts in the State Guest House, Chennai, Tamizhagam Guest House, Udhagamandalam and Tamil Nadu House, New Delhi are kept out of the purview of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. So as to maintain the similarity of all posts, Government desires to bring the post of Liaison Offi cer outside the purview of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, கோயம்புத்தூர், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
