Variations to the Approved Master Plan for Nagercoil Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) Government in the order G.O. (2D) No: 18, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 16-02-2018 has permitted to change of land use survey Numbers with condition making the following variation to the Review Master Plan for the Nagercoil Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and Published in the G.O.Ms.No.213, H&UD (UD4-2) department, dated:14-10-2008 Notifi cation No.II(2)/HOU/518/2008 at page No.363 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 5th November 2008.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan in the Land use schedule under Nagercoil (Rural) Village (Now Therekalputhoor Village).
Against the entry I(b) Mixed Residential use zone for the expression R.S. No. 127 pt (except 127/5) shall be substituted.
Against the entry II Commercial use zone for the expression R.S.No.127pt (except 127/5) shall be sustituted.
Against the entry V Public and Semipublic use zone the expression 127pt (127/5) shall be added.

Variations to the Approved Second Master Plan for the Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026 of Chennai Metropolitan
Development Authorities for Chennai Metropolitan Area.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No. 419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (2) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O. (Ms) No. 190 Housing & Urban Development (UDI) Department dated 02-09-2008 and published as per G.O. (Ms) No. 191 Housing & Urban Development (UDI) Department dated: 02-09-2008 as Housing and Urban Development Notifi cation in No. 266 Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 2nd September 2008.
VARIATION
In the said Second Master Plan in Development Regulations, in Regulation No.12(2) the following shall be added:-
(2) The expression ''Map P.P.D./M.P II (V) No.23/2018'' to be read with ''Map No:MP-II/CMA (VP) 37-A/2008''
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This is not part of variation. It intends to bring out the purport)
S.Nos. 1141/1, 2 & 3, 1142/1 & 2, 1143, 1144/1 & 2, 1145, 1146, 1147, 1156, 1157, 1158/1, 1159, and 1160/2A, 2B & 3 of Vallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Minjur Panchayat Union limit classified as ''Primary Residential use Zone'' is now reclassified as ''Industrial Use Zone'' subject to the compliance of the conditions laid in the PWD (WRD) letter No. DB /T5(3)/ F-Inundation- Ennore /2017 /M dated 19-04-2017 while taking up of development in the site under reference.
