Acquisition of Lands
case may be do hereby publish, the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent of 14,179 Sq. metres of Ryotwari, Dry Irrigated Agricultural lands to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit, for the formation of By-Pass Road to Namakkal Town, in Namakkal District. The Plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Namakkal and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
No.II(2)/HWMP/357/2018.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for highways purpose, for formation of By-Pass road to Namakkal Town at Namakkal District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (NABARD & Rural Roads), Highways Department, Chennai-32 and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands as the

NOTICE
Under sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 23389 Sq.mts to the same, a little more or less in Tajpura Village needed for the purpose of approach Road for construction of (Highway) Nabard & Village Roads.
The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the Sub Collector Offi ce, Ranipet, Vellore District and may be inspected No.II(2)/HWMP/358/2018.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are required for Highways purpose for formation of By-Pass Road in Arcot Town Tajpura Village, Arcot Taluk and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Nabard and Rural Roads, Vellore-1, after considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such land, as the case, may do hereby publish the following notice under348 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part II—Sec. 2 at any time during offi ce hours.

I I ( 2 ) / H W M P / 3 5 9 / 2 0 1 8 . — T h e G o v e r n o r o f Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for highways purpose, to wit for formation of Railway line Over Bridge road to Pallipalayam railway crossing at Namakkal District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Chennai-25 and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands as the

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the dry lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 0.30.0 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of Circular and semi circular Road to Pudukkottai starting from 44/0 of National Highways 226 and ending at Km 57/4 of NH 210 in Immanampatti Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. No.II(2)/HWMP/366/2018.—கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்டம், மேட்டுப்பாளையம் வட்டம், காரமடை மற்றும் சிக்காரம்பாளையம் கிராமங்களில் அமைந்துள்ளதும், கீழ்க்காணும் விபர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளதுமான நிலங்கள் ஒரு பொது நோக்கத்திற்காக அதாவது இரயில்வே கடவு எண்.10க்கு மாற்றாக மேம்பாலம் அமைக்க நெடுஞ்சாலைத்துறைக்கு தேவைப்படுகின்றது என்று தமிழ்நாடு அரசுக்கு தோன்றுவதால் கீழ்க்காணும் விவர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள 3580.55 சதுரமீட்டர் நிலத்தை கையகப்படுத்தவும் ஏற்கெனவே முடிவு செய்தபடி மேற்படி நிலங்களுக்கான நட்ட ஈட்டுத்தொகையை தலைமைப் பொறியாளர் (நெடுஞ்சாலை) திட்டங்கள் அவர்களால் பராமரிக்கப்படும் வைப்புக்கணக்கு நிதியிலிருந்து செலவழிக்கப்படவும் தீர்மானித்து, மேற்காணும் நிலங்களின் உரிமையாளர், உரிமை கோருபவர், அனுபவத்தில் வைத்துள்ளவர்கள் அளித்த காரணங்களையும் பரிசீலனை செய்த பின் 2001-ம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலைச்சட்டம் பிரிவு 15 உட்பிரிவு 1-ன் கீழ் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம், 34/2002) பின்வரும் அறிவிப்பு பிரசுரம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.

தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் சட்டம் 2001, பிரிவு 15-ன் உட்பிரிவு 1-ன் கீழ் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம், 34/2002) அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின் கீழ் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்டம், மேட்டுப்பாளையம் வட்டம், காரமடை மற்றும் சிக்காரம்பாளையம் கிராமங்களில் புல எண். 814/11 (ம) 274/1A உள்ளிட்ட காலைகளில் இரயில்வே கடவு எண்.10க்கு மாற்றாக காரமடை மற்றும் பெரியநாயக்கன்பாளையம் இரயில் நிலையங்களுக்கிடையில் மேம்பாலம் அமைக்க கீழ்க்காணும் அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள 3580.55 ச.மீ நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.

ஹேவிளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No.II(2)/HO/368/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the first paragrap of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby alters the number of No.II(2)/HO/370/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that the Subordinate Judge's Court at Vedasandur in Dindigul District shall have and exercise original jurisdiction over the District Munsif's Court at Vedasandur with effect on and from the date on which the District Munsif assumes charge of the District Munsif's Court at Vedasandur.
