APPOINTMENT OF OMBUDSMAN UNDER THE TAMIL NADU LOCAL BODIES OMBUDSMAN ACT, 2014.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Local Bodies Ombudsman Act, 2014 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 2014), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Dr. S.Ayyar, IAS (Retd.) as Ombudsman.
2. He shall hold the office of the Tamil Nadu Local Bodies Ombudsman in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 2014.
