For the expression "31st March 2018" appearing in the said notifi cation, the expression "31st March 2019", shall be substituted.

நிலங்களை கையகப்படுத்துதல் பற்றிய அறிவிக்கை
நிலங்களின் உரிமையாளர், உரிமை கோருபவர், அனுபவத்தில் வைத்துள்ளவர்கள் அளித்த காரணங்களையும் பரிசீலனை செய்த பின் 2001-ம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலைச்சட்டம் பிரிவு 15 உட்பிரிவு 1-ன் கீழ் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம், 34/2002) பின்வரும் அறிவிப்பு பிரசுரம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.

தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் சட்டம் 2001 பிரிவு 15 உட்பிரிவு 1-ன் கீழ் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம், 34/2002) அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின் கீழ் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்டம், பேரூர் வட்டம், வடவள்ளி கிராமம், வடகோவை-மருதமலை சாலை கி.மீ.6/5-9/2 வரையுள்ள இரு வழிப்பாதையை நான்கு வழிப்பாதையாக அகலப்படுத்த கீழ்க்காணும் விபர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள 7901 சதுரமீட்டர் நிலங்கள் நில ஆர்ஜிதம் செய்யப்படுகிறது என இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கின்றார்.
இந்நிலங்களின் வரைபடங்கள் கோயம்புத்தூர் கோட்டாட்சித் தலைவர் அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ளது. அவற்றை அலுவலக நேரங்களில் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் பார்வையிடலாம்.

(3) Any Social Security Officer appointed by the Corporation under sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the said Act, or other offi cial authorised in this behalf shall, for the purpose of,-

(iv) ascertaining whether any of the provisions of the said Act had been complied with during the period when such provisions were in force in relation to the said workshops and stores be empowered to,-
(a) require the principal or immediate employer to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or
(b) enter any Management, offi ce or other premises occupied by such principal or immediate employer at any reasonable time and require any person found in charge thereof to produce to such Social Security Offi cers or other offi cial and allow him to examine such documents, books and other documents relating to the employment of persons and payment of wages or to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or

2. In the order fi rst read above, the Central Information Commission recognizing the high position held by Information Commissioners in preserving the paramountcy of the democratic ideal, among others, has framed Terms and Conditions of Service for sanction of Pension to the Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioners in the Central Information Commission. 3. The Government have examined the proposal to. sanction pension to the retired State Chief Information Commissioners and Information Commissioners in detail. There is no specifi c provision for grant of pension in the Right to Information Act 2005. The retired Government offi cials who acted as Information Commissioners would be receiving 'service pension' and any pension contemplated under the Right to Information Act for the services rendered in the Commission would be by way of an 'additional pension' to them whereas those who are not retired Government Offi cials and acted as State Chief Information Commissioners and Information Commissioners are not in receipt of any pension.
