Under Section 137(2)(b) of Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act 1983, MH. 49, Dr. Anna Weavers Co-operative Society was liquidated and The Handloom Offi cer Tmt. A. Manimekala was appointed as Offi cial Liquidator for the above society vide order of the Assistant Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Madurai RC.5375/2016/G, dated: 02-02-2018.

Confirmation of Variation to the Approved Nagercoil Detailed Development Plan No.VI

1. In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, Chennai is hereby confi rms the variation to the Approved Nagercoil Detailed Development Plan No. VI of Nagercoil Local Planning Area, varied by Director of Town and Country Planning in Proceedings in Roc.No.17502/2011/DP1, dated: 29-10-2015 and was published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 46, Part VI—Section-1, Page No.320, dated 18-11-2015 (Publication No.(VI)(1)/283/2015).

2. Since no objection and suggestion was received on this draft notifi cation within the stipulated time, the same are hereby confi rmed and ordered as below.

CONFIRMATION OF VARIATION

1. The entire Nagercoil Detailed Development Plan No.VI of Nagercoil Local Planning Area, varied by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceeding in Roc.No.17502/2011/DP1, dated: 29-10-2015 under section 33(1) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 is hereby confi rmed under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.

2. The Varied Plan is numbered as Map No.5/DDP(V)/DTCP No.15/2015.

3. The Detailed Development plan clauses and schedules annexed with this plan are made enforceable from the date of publication of this notifi cation in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Variation to the Approved Ganapathy Detailed Development Plan No.3 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act No.35 of 1972), the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning in the Proceedings Roc.No.18777/2017/DP2, dated: 09-04-2018 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of Industrial use in to Residential use in S.No. 81 part (Ward No. 23, Block No. 14, T.S.No. 11/4A, 4B, & 4C) is Extent 1.00 Acre, Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore Corporation to the Approved Ganapathy Detailed Development Plan No:3, Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning's Proceedings Roc.No.2972/94 DP3, dated:11-03-94 and the fact of this approval in form No.12, published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. Part VI-Sec-1, Page No. 216, dated:22-02-95.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Coimbatore, Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

VARIATION

1. Wherever the expression MAP No:5, DDP (CNR) DTCP No:27/94, occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No:09/2018 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In schedule-IX (Form No:7) the against in Serial No:1 in column No:2 Comprising S.F.No.81 to 86 shall be deleted and S.F.No.81 part, 82 to 86 shall be substituted at that same place.

3. In schedule-IX (Form-7) the against in Serial No:1 in column No:4 the fi gure "77.67.0" shall be deleted and the fi gure "76.67.0" shall be substituted at that same place.

Under Section 29 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning has approved the detailed development plan in her Proceedings Roc. No. 20814/2011/DP1, dated, 13-11-2017 prepared for the planning area described below.

Name of the Plan: Vijayaragava Mudaliyar Chathiram Detailed Development Plan No. 12 Boundary Description of Plan

North: Northern Boundary of S.F.Nos. 327, 340, 203, 202, 201, 200, 199, 198 and 197 of V.M. Chathiram Village.

East: Eastern Boundary of S.F.Nos. 197, 358 and 341 of V.M. Chathiram Village.
