AMENDMENT TO THE TAMIL NADU PANcHAYATS RULES, 1999.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 242 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities, by President, Vice-President and Members of Village Panchayat) Rules, 1999:-
Amendment
In the said Rules, in rule 2, for the expression "Member of the Family", the expression "family member" shall be substituted.
