In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and country Planning Act 1971. (Act No.35 of 1972), the commissioner of Town and country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc.No:907/2017/DP2, dated: 18.04.2018 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of Residential use into Public purpose use ward-D, Block-23, T.s.No.5, in Extent 9108sq.ft., Namakkal Municipality, Namakkal Taluk and District to the Approved Detailed Development Plan No:4B, Namakkal Local Planning Area approved by the Director of Town and country Planning Proceedings Roc.No.17862/2004/DP1, Dated:20.03.2007 and the fact of this approval in Form No:12, published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.-Part VI—section-1, Page No: Dated: Publication No. 2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within sIXTy days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member secretary/Municipal commissioner, Namakkal Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions and relating thereto.

In any case of great urgency, applications may be made by delivering to the Vacation Officers with a request to transmit necessary papers to the Hon'ble Vacation Judge concerned and the Vacation Officers shall, if they consider the case as one of the sufficient urgency, case, arrange for the transmission of necessary papers and the case will be heard according to the directions of the hon'ble Vacation Judge concerned either at the court or at the hon'ble Judge's residence on the next day at 10.30 a.m. unless it is a holiday for the high court, or such other convenient time, which will be communicated to the practitioners.

No application should be presented at the residence of the hon'ble Vacation Judges, under any circumstances and no lunch motion should be entertained during the summer Vacation and that in Bail Petitions, lower court bail order should be enclosed along with the petitions and that this is subject to the permission, if granted, by the concerned Hon'ble Judge, it should be routed through the Vacation Officer.

The hon'ble Vacation Judges will sit in the Vacation court from 10.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.

The application for the issuance of certified or carbon copies of the orders and the Process fees for the issue of Notice etc., should be presented to the Vaction Officer concerned and after obtaining the orders of the Vacation Officer, may be filed in the Office.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND UsE schEDULE" under the heading "cOIMBATORE LOcAL PLANNING AREA COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in Kalapatti Detailed Development Plan No.11.

(i) Against the entry " Industrial" for the expression "272 to 283" the following entry 272 to 280, 281(Except 281) 282 to 283 shall be subtited.

(ii) Against the entry "EDUcATIONAL" – the expression "281" shall be added."

Variations to the Modified Master Plan for Dindigul Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. Ms. No. 94, housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II–Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the modified master plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the housing and Urban Development Department Notification No II(2)/Housing/ 611/2001, at page No:308 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th August 2001.

Variations

In the said Modified Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading V. No. 62, "Kalikkampatti Village".

1) Against the entry for the expression "Agriculture Use" the comprising s.F. Nos. 227 to 233 shall be changed as 227 to 233 (except 233/1 and 233/2)

2) Against the entry for the expression next to "Agriculture Use" to "Mixed Residential use" – 233/1 and 233/2 shall be added.
