AcqUISITION OF LANDS

NOTIcE

[G.O. Ms. No. 53, Industries (NLC), 18th May 2018, வைகாசி 4, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.]

No. II(2)/IND/467(d-1)/2018.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 4457 sq.meters of R.Manai lands to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purposes, to wit, for Mine IA Scheme of Neyveli Lignite corporation India Limited.

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the Special Deputy collector / Land Acquisition, Neyveli-2 and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for Mine I A Scheme of Neyveli Lignite corporation India Limited and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Neyveli Lignite corporation India Limited. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for First Mine Expansion Scheme of Neyveli Lignite corporation India Limited and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Neyveli Lignite corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

The Schedule

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 6712 sq.meters to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purposes, to wit, for First Mine Expansion Scheme of Neyveli Lignite corporation India Limited.

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the Special Deputy collector / Land Acquisition, Neyveli-2 and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
