(5) The mode by which the interest amount shall be given to the students may be specified by the administration.

(6) The unutilized amount of the interest shall be added to the corpus of the Fund.

(7) The decision of the administrator shall be final in all matters relating to the administration of the Fund.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquired the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring an extent of 10942 Sq.metrs to the same, a little more or less are needed for Highways purpose, to wit, for the formation of link road connecting Thiruporur and Nemelli comprehensive road infrastructure development programme 2011-2012 (cRIDP)

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the dry and Rayathu manai lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring to an extent of 448 Square Metres for purpose of major Junction improvement in State Highways Road, (SH-37) Ottanchatram – Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road from KM 37/400 to KM 126/200 in Nelali Village and Dharapuram Municipality, Dharapuram and Kangeyam Taluks in Tiruppur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem and Special Tahsildar (L.A), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, iruppur and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

2018, சித்திரை 14, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No. II(2)/LE/503/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 read with section 91A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (central Act xxxIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts the M/s. MSP and Sons Beedi Manufactures, Tirunelveli from the operation of the said Act for the period of one year from 22-05-2017 to 21-05-2018.

(1) The above exemption is subject to the following conditions, namely:-

(b) enter any management, office or other premises occupied by such principal or immediate employer at any reasonable time and require any person found in charge thereof to produce to such Social Security Officer or other official and allow him to examine such documents, books and other documents relating to the employment of persons and payment of wages or to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or

(c) examine the principal or immediate employer, his agent or servant, or any person found in such management office or other premises, or any person when the said Social Security Officer or other official has reasonable cause to believe to have been an employee; or

(d) make copies of or take extracts from any register, account book or other document maintained in such management office or other premises.

Disputes between workmen and Managements

(a) The aforesaid Management wherein the employees are employed shall maintain a Register showing the names and designations of the exempted employees.

(b) Not withstanding the exemption, the employees shall continue to receive such benefits under the said Act to which they might have become entitled to on the basis of the contributions paid prior to the date from which exemption granted by this Notification operates.

(2) The employer of the said management shall submit in respect of the period during which that management was subject to the operation of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as "the said period") returns, in such form and containing such particulars as were due from it in respect of the said period under the Employees State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950.

(3) Any Social Security Officer appointed by the corporation under sub- section (1)' of Section 45 of the said Act, or other official authorised in this behalf shall, for the purpose of,-

(i) verifying the particulars contained in any return submitted under sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the said Act for the said period; or

மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்; 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் xIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2ஏ) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
