ACQUISITION OF LANDS

[G.O. Ms. No. 178, Transport (I.1), 30th May 2018, வைகாசி 16, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

No. II(2)/TRA/505(b-1)/2018.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Viluppuram and Dindigul and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector, Viluppuram the following notice is issued under Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 1.34.0 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Viluppuram and Dindigul.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector's Ofﬁ ce, Viluppuram and in the ofﬁ ce of the Sub Collector, Thirukoilur, Viluppuram District and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.

Viluppuram District, Ulundurpet Taluk, 114, Thirumundeechvaram Village.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial purpose, to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Government. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), The Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 16.40.00 Hec (40.51 Acres) to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport.

The plan of the lands is kept in the ofﬁ ce of the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.

NOTICE

No. II(2)/TRA/505(b-4)/2018.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial purpose, to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Government. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), The Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 38.56 Acres to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport.

The plan of the lands is kept in the ofﬁ ce of the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.
