Ms. No. 13, Environment and Forests (FR.14) 15th February 2018, மாசி 3, ஹேவிளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No.II(2)/EF/507/2018.—In exercise of the Powers conferred by the last paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District Forest Ofﬁ cer, Hosur Forest Division, Krishnagiri District, ex-ofﬁ cio to attend on behalf of the Government at the enquiry prescribed under Chapter II of the said Act, in respect of the land of Thorappalii Agraharam Additional II forest block proposed to be constituted as a reserve forest.

North.-The boundary starting from the tri-junction point of Survey Field Number 660 and 651 of No.104 Thorapalli Agraharam Village and Sanamavu Reserved Forest boundary (Notiﬁ ed in No.70 and published in the Fort St. George Gazette dated 10-02-1903 Part-I) the boundary runs towards east along the southern boundary of Sanamavu Reserved Forest and meets the tri-junction point of Survey Field Number 660 and 661 of No.104 Thorapalli Agraharam Village and Sanamavu Reserved Forest boundary.

East.-Thence, the boundary runs towards south along the western boundary of Survey Field Number 661 and 667 and meets the bi-junction of Survey Field Number 660 and 667 of No.104 Thorappalli Agraharam Village.

South and West.-Thence, the boundary runs towards west along the northern boundary of Part of Survey Field. I I ( 2 ) / H W M P / 5 1 2 / 2 0 1 8 . — T h e G o v e r n o r o f Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II Highways purpose to wit for upgradation of Arcot to Villupuram road (SH 04) at K.M. 29/800 to K.M.110/200 and K.M. 113/200 to K.M. 114/600 in Thellur Indiravanam, Kannanur, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, Kannalam, Melmalaiyanur Taluk, Villupuram District, Nemur, Vikkiravandi Taluk, Villupuram District. Ponpathi, Kavarai, Ottampattu, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other person having interested in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby issue and publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the wet lands speciﬁ ed in the scheduled below and measuring to an extent of 7923 Square Metres (0.79.23 Hec.) in Thellur, Indiravanam, Kannanur, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, Kannalam, Melmalaiyanur Taluk, Villupuram District. Nemur, Vikkiravandi Taluk, Villupuram District. Ponpathi, Kavarai, Ottampattu, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District to the same, a little more or less needed for TNRSP-II, Highways purpose to wit for upgradation of Arcot to Villupuram road (SH 04) at K.M. 29/800 to K.M. 110/200 and K.M.113/200 to K.M. 114/600.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Special District Revenue Ofﬁ cer (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Chennai -28 and Ofﬁ ce of the Special Tahsildar (L.A), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Tiruvannamalai and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.

No.II(2)/LE/725/2012, published at pages 575 to 576 of Part II—Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 31st October 2012, the Governor of Tamil Nadu after consultation with the Advisory Board hereby revises the minimum rates of wages payable to the classes of employees in the employment in Agarbathi Manufactory in the State of Tamil Nadu speciﬁ ed in column (2) of the Schedule below, as speciﬁ ed in the corresponding entries in column (3) thereof.

2. This Notification shall come into force with effect on and from the date of its publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

2. This notiﬁ cation shall come into force with effect on and from the date of its publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

THE SCHEDULE.

(2) Dearness Allowance.- In addition to the minimum rates of basic Wages mentioned above, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:-

(i) The wages notiﬁ ed above shall be linked to the average Chennai City Consumer Price Index for the year 2010, i.e., 161 points with base 2001 =100 and for every rise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs. 2.05 (Rupees two and ﬁ ve paise only) per day shall be paid as dearness allowance.

(ii) The dearness allowance shall be calculated from the 1st April of every year on the basis of the average of the indices for the earlier Twelve months, that is, from January to December.

(iii) The revision shall be effective from the date of publication of the Notiﬁ cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette based on the Average Consumer Price Index of the previous year (i.e. from January to December) (3) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made between men and women employees.

No.II(2)/LE/516/2018.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக சென்னை நியூ உட்லண்ட்ஸ் ஹோட்டல் பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் நியூ உட்லண்ட்ஸ் ஹோட்டல் தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே பொது கோரிக்கைகள் குறித்து தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

3. 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

4. மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2ஏ) பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
