ACQUISITION OF LANDS

[G.O. Ms. No. 187, Transport (I.1), 18th June 2018, ஆனி 4, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

No. II(2)/TRA/537(e-1)/2018.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector, Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act,1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring 4.80.5 hectares and 00261 Sq.Mts to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector's Offi ce, Viluppuram and in the offi ce of the Sub Collector, Tindivanam, Viluppuram District and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

Viluppuram District, Tindivanam Taluk, 53, Vadampoondi Village.

Extent of land under acquisition : 4.80.5 hectares Dry Land and 00261 Sq.Mts.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Tamilnadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamilnadu Act 10 of 1999),The Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 0.92.82 Hec Dry land needed for Industrial purpose, to wit, for the establishment of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Dindigul to Karur at 08.Adiyanuthu Village.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purpose, to wit, for the establishment of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Dindigul to Karur at Dindigul Town Ward 6, block 34, 08.Adiyanuthu Village, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Southern railway.
