Ms. No. 26, Environment and Forests (FR.14), 20th March 2018, பங்குனி 6, ஹேவிளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No.II(2)/EF/538/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is the proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specifi ed in the Schedule below as reserve forest and appoints the Tahsildar, Coimbatore South, ex-offi cio to be the Forest Settlement Offi cer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of that area.

East.-Thence, the boundary runs towards south-east and south along the western side of Survey Field Number 17 and if reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Field Numbers 17, 18 and 15 of No.25 Kurichi Village.

Kurichi Village and runs towards east along the southern side of Survey Field No.25/1 and reaches the bi-junction point of Survey Field Numbers 25/1 and 25/3 of No.25 Kurichi Village.
Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Personal Assistant (General) to the District Collector of Coimbatore District, Coimbatore ex-offi cio to here the appeals, if any from the orders passed under Section 11, 12 and 13 of the said Act, in respect of the land of forest block of Kurichi Parts I, II and III proposed to be constituted as a reserved forest.

Ms. No. 26, Environment and Forests (FR.14), 20th March 2018, பங்குனி 6, ஹேவிளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No.II(2)/EF/539/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the last paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District Forest Offi cer, Coimbatore Division, Coimbatore ex-offi cio, to attend on behalf of the Government at the inquiry prescribed under Chapter-II of the said Act, in respect of the land of forest block of Kurichi Parts I, II and III proposed to be constituted as a reserved forest.
No.II(2)/HWMP/541/2018.—கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்டம், மேட்டுப்பாளையம் வட்டம், காரமடை மற்றும் மருதூர் கிராமம், காரமடை-மேட்டுப்பாளையம் இரயில் நிலையங்களுக்கிடையில் இரயில்வே கடவு எண்.11-க்கு பதிலாக சாலை மேம்பாலம் மற்றும் சுரங்கப்பாதை அமைக்கும் பணிக்கு கீழ்க்காணும் விவர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளதுமான நிலங்கள் தேவைப்படுகின்றது என்று தமிழ்நாடு அரசுக்கு தோன்றுவதால், காரமடை கிராமத்தில் 7207 ச.மீ. மற்றும் மருதூர் கிராமத்தில் 14884 ச.மீ. நிலத்தை கையகப்படுத்தவும், ஏற்கெனவே முடிவு செய்தபடி மேற்படி நிலங்களுக்கான நஷ்ட ஈட்டுத் தொகையை தலைமைப் பொறியாளர், (நெடுஞ்சாலைத் துறை) திட்டங்கள், அவர்களால் பராமரிக்கப்படும் வைப்புக்கணக்கிலிருந்து வழங்கவும், தீர்மானித்து மேற்காணும் நிலங்களின் உரிமையாளர், உரிமை கோருபவர், அனுபவத்தில் வைத்துள்ளவர்கள் அளித்த காரணங்களையும் பரிசீலனை செய்த பின் 2001-ம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் சட்டம் பிரிவு 15 உட்பிரிவு 1-ன்கீழ் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம், 34/2002) பின்வரும் அறிவிப்பு பிரசுரம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.

Ms. No. 26, Environment and Forests (FR.14), 20th March 2018, பங்குனி 6, ஹேவிளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No.II(2)/EF/540/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882) the Governor of the தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் சட்டம் 2001 பிரிவு 15-ன் உட்பிரிவு 1-ன்கீழ் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம், 34/2002) அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின் கீழ் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்டம், மேட்டுப்பாளையம் வட்டம், காரமடை மற்றும் மருதூர் கிராமங்களில், கீழ்க்காணும் விபர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள 22091 சதுரமீட்டர் நிலங்கள் உக்கடம்-ஆத்துப்பாலம் சாலை மேம்பாலம் அமைக்க நில ஆர்ஜிதம் செய்யப்படுகிறது என இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கின்றார்.
இந்நிலங்களின் வரைபடங்கள் கோயம்புத்தூர் கோட்டாட்சித் தலைவர் அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ளது. அவற்றை அலுவலக நேரங்களில் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் பார்வையிடலாம்.

it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Divisional Engineer (Highways) Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-ll, Salem and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002)

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the N.Manai, R.Manai and dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 0.60.61 hectares (or) 6061 square metres in Vinnamangalam and other Villages, Arani, Chetpet, Melmalaiyanur, Gingee and Vikkiravandi Taluks in Tiruvannamalai and Villupuram Districts to the same, a little more or less needed for TNRSP-II, Highways purpose to wit for upgradation of Arcot to Villupuram road (SH 04) at Km 29/800 to Km 110/200 and Km 113/200 to Km 114/600.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition) Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Chennai - 28 and Offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (L.A), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Tiruvannamalai and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the dry lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring to an extent of 22765 Square Metres for formation of Truck lay bye in State Highways Road, (SH-37) Ottanchatram – Dharapuram -Tiruppur Road in Kolathupalayam and South Avinasipalayam Villages of Dharapuram and Tiruppur South Taluks, Tiruppur District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem and Special Tahsildar (L.A), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Tiruppur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
