1. In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and Government Order in G.O.Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part-II—Section-2, Page No.228 dated 15-07-2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department II(2) 404/645/95 at Page No. 190 and 191 of Part-II, Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 02-02-1995.

2. In the said Master Plan in Part-II "Land Use Schedule" under Valaiyankulam Village of Thirupparankundram Taluk, Village Number and Name, 146 Valayankulam Village under the heading VI Agricultural use zone into heading IV Educational use zone.

3. Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone, S.No.32 part shall be deleted (i.e., 32/1).

4. Against the entry IV Educational use zone S.No.32 part shall be substituted (i.e.32/1).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II, Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/Hou/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

(i) Against the entry "Coimbatore approved Master plan Missing Number 82(Expect 82/2E1).

(ii) Against the entry "INDUSTRIAL" the expression "82/2E1" shall be added. after the entry 57.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fi xes Gummidipoondi in Tiruvallur District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Gummidipoondi, shall be held.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Tiruvallur District, the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Gummidipoondi Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Gummidipoondi shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Gummidipoondi with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi assumes charge of that Court.
