NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT
RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYAT RAJ DEPARTMENT
APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL OFFICERS TO VILLAGE PANCHAYATS, PANCHAYAT UNION COUNCILS AND DISTRICT PANCHAYATS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PANCHAYATS ACT.
AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATIONS
[G.O. Ms. No. 90, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (PR-1), 30th June 2018.]
No. II(2)/RDPR/567(c-1)/2018.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 261-A of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Notifi cation No. II(2)/RDPR/687(d-1)/2016, published at page 1 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 24th October 2016, as subsequently amended.
2. This Notifi cation shall come into force with effect on and from the 1st July 2018.
AMENDMENT
In the said Notifi cation, for the expression "until the 30th day of June 2018", the expression "until the 31st day of December 2018" shall be substituted.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 261-A of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Notifi cation No. II(2)/RDPR/687(d-2)/2016, published at pages 2 to 12 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 24th October 2016 as subsequently amended.
2. This Notifi cation shall come into force with effect on and from the 1st July 2018.
