"இரவு பணி செய்யும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு இரவு ஷிப்ட் அலவன்ஸாக ரூ.50 / -ம் மற்றும் பால் , பிஸ்கட் , பழம் வழங்கக் கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் , உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க ".

மேலும் , 1947 -ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10 (2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது .

THE SCHEDULE .
I. VESTING OF PROPERTIES
1. The Fund shall be called " Prof. S. Banumathi Memorial Endowment Fund " tenable in K.N. Government Arts College for Women , Thanjavur-613 007 .
2. The said Fund shall be administered by the Endowment Committee , K.N.Government Arts College for Women , Thanjavur-613 007.

3. From and out of the annual interest accruing on the said Fund , the prize shall be given to the top ranker of M.Sc. , Chemistry at K.N. Government Arts College for Women, Thanjavur- 613 007.
4. If more than one student secures the same marks , the prize shall be equally distributed among them.
WHEREAS an application has been made to the Government of Tamil Nadu under clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the Charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (Central Act VI of 1890) by T.GOVINDARAJ , 3/33 , IV Street , Uma Nagar, Thanjavur -613 007 the donor of the said Endowment for Vesting the property specified in the Schedulebelow, in the Treasurer of Charitable Endowments , Chennai , appointed under Section 3 of the said Act for the State of Tamil Nadu , the Governor of Tamil Nadu , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the said Act , hereby orders that the said property be vested in the Treasurer aforesaid , and be held by him and his successors in office , subject to the provisions of the said Act and the Rules , which from time to time , may be or shall be made or deemed to have been made thereunder and subject to the conditions setforth in the Scheme settled under Section 5 of the said Act , for the administration of the said Endowment .
5. The mode by which the interest amount shall be given to the student may be specifiedby the administration .
THE SCHEDULE .
6. The unutilized amount of the interest shall be added to the corpus of the said Fund.

7. The decision of the administrator shall be final In all matters relating to the administration: of the said fund .
II . SCHEME FOR ADMINISTRATION
8. The amount of the said Fund shall be vested in Government securities .

WHEREAS , an application has been made to the Government of Tarnil Nadu under clause (b ) of sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the Charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (Central Act VI of 1890) by T. GOVINDARAJ , 3/33 , IV Street , Uma Nagar, Thanjavur-613 007 , the donor of the said Endowment specified above , for settling a scheme for administration of the said Endowment , the Governor of Tamil Nadu , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 5 of the said Act , hereby Settles the Scheme Setforth in the Schedule below for the administration of the said Endowment and appoints the Endowment Committee, K.N. Government Arts College for Women , Thanjavur- 613 007 to administer the property. The Scheme shall come into operation from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette .
