ACQUISITION OF LANDS
[G.O. Ms. No. 207, Transport (I.1), 10th July 2018, ஆனி 26, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
No.II(2)/TRA/591(f-1)/2018.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit for formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid our to the lands controlled or managed by Government. The following notice is issued under sub–section Under sub–section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 0.36.96 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Thasildar, Arcot Taluk and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial purpose, to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Government The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
