Removal of (Licensing Requirements Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions) on Specified Foodstuffs (Amendment) Order, 2018. [G.O. Ms. No. 89, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (C1), 28th June 2018, ஆனி 14, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.]
No.II(1)/CFCP/15/2018.—The following order of the Government of India Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs New Delhi, the 13th June, 2018 is republished:—
S.O.2414 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Removal of (Licensing requirements, Stock limits and Movement Restrictions) on Specifi ed Foodstuffs Order, 2016, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Removal of (Licensing requirements, Stock limits and Movement Restrictions) on Specifi ed Foodstuffs (Amendment) Order, 2018.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of publication in the offi cial Gazette.
2. In the Removal of (Licensing Requirement, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions) on Specifi ed Foodstuffs Order, 2016, in clause 3, in sub-clause (2), item (iii) shall be omitted.
