தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் சட்டம் 2001 பிரிவு 15 உட்பிரிவு 1-ன் கீழ் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம், 34/2002) அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின் கீழ் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் திருப்பூர் மாவட்டம், திருப்பூர் தெற்கு வட்டம், திருப்பூர் டவுண் கிராமம், வார்டு P. பிளாக் 5 மற்றும் M, பிளாக் 10ல் திருப்பூர்–பல்லடம்–பொள்ளாச்சி–கொச்சின் (வழி) மீன்கரை சாலை–கி.மீ.13/4-14/2ல் உயர்மட்டப்பாலம் அமைக்கும் பணிக்கு கீழ்க்காணும் விபர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள 333.4 சதுரமீட்டர் நிலங்கள் ஆர்ஜிதம் செய்யப்படுகிறது என இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கின்றார்.
