July 18, 2018] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 65மேற்கண்ட புதிய 230 கி.வோல்ட் உயரழுத்த மின் பாதை அமைக்கும் பணிகள் தொடர்பாக எவரேனும் முறையீடு செய்ய விரும்பினால் மின்சார ஒழுங்குமுறைச் சட்டம் 2003-ன் படி இந்த அறிவிப்பு பிரசுரிக்கப்பட்ட 1 (ஒன்று) மாத கால கெடுக்குள் கீழ் கையொப்பமிட்ட அலுவலரிடம் தெரிவிக்கலாம் என்று அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

Under Statute 7 of Chapter V of the General Statutes of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and as directed by the Governing Council of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, the Registrar of the University hereby notifi es that a permanent vacancy is about to occur in the offi ce of the Vice-Chancellor with effect from 28-12-2018 F.N. consequent on the expiry of the term of offi ce of the present Vice-Chancellor, Dr. S. GEETHALAKSHMI, M.D., Ph.D., Necessary action to elect one nominee by the Members of the Senate to the Committee referred to in Section 10(2) of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai , Act, 1987 ( Tamil Nadu Act 37 of 1987), to recommend a panel of three names to the Chancellor for making the appointment of the next Vice-Chancellor, will be taken on the publication of the Notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as specifi ed in the Annexure.
Necessary action to elect one nominee by the Members of the Governing Council to the said Committee as provided under Statute 12(2) of Chapter V of the said Statutes will be taken on the publication of the Notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
