EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF THE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY BY THREE MORE MONTHS FROM 22ND JULY 2018, TO INQUIRE THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SECRETARIAT COMPLEX AT OMANDURAR GOVERNMENT ESTATE, CHENNAI-2.
AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (Central Act LX of 1952), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Public (Buildings) Department's Notifi cation No. II(2)/PUBG/286(c)/2011, dated the 22nd June 2011, published at pages 1-2 of Part II— Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 22nd June 2011, as subsequently amended.
AMENDMENT
In the said Notifi cation, in paragraph 3, for the expression "eighty fi ve", the expression "eighty eight" shall be substituted.
