Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997, (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999),the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring 506.5 sq.mt (or) 5452 sq.ft to the same a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose, to wit, for the formation of 3rd and 4th Line between Chennai Beach to Korukkupettai Railway Stations.

The plan of the lands are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Chennai Collector's Ofﬁ ce, Revenue Divisional Ofﬁ ce, Tondiarpet and Taluk Ofﬁ ce, Tondiarpet and may be inspected on any day during ofﬁ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to formation of Third and Fourth line between Chennai Beach to Korukkupettai Railway Stations and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub–section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 1.11.9 hectares (or) 2.76 Acres, to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose, to wit, for the Chennai Airport Expansion Scheme.

The Plan of the lands are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Airport Expansion Scheme, Sriperumbudur and may be inspected at any time during the ofﬁ ce hours.
