Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 7.87.50 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam-Nagari.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Tahsildar, Walajah Taluk and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam-Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by Government. The following notice is issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 8.08.00 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam-Nagari.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Tahsildar, WalajahTaluk and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purposes to wit for formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid our to the lands controlled or managed by Government. The following notice is issued under sub – section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) Under Sub – Section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 12.27.25 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari.

Under Sub – Section (1) of Section 3 of the No. II(2)/TRA/662(f-5)/2018.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit for formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid our to the lands controlled or managed by Government. The following notice is issued under sub – section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 9.39.65hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Nagari

NOTICE
Under sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring 6.29.4 Hectares, (or) 15.54 Acres to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose, to wit, for the Chennai Airport Expansion Scheme.
