No.ii(2)/ef/663/2018.—in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the tamil Nadu forest act, 1882 (tamil Nadu act V of 1882), the governor of tamil Nadu hereby declares that the area, within the boundaries of which are specified in the Schedule below as reserved forest with effect on and from the 06-03-2019.

Explanations.- (1) Dearness Allowance.– in addition to the above minimum rates of basic wages, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as follows:-
for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, as required by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said act.

Notice is hereby given that any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person with respect thereto, on or before the 16-10-2018, will be considered by the government of tamil Nadu. objection or suggestion, if any, should be addressed to the Principal secretary to government, Labour and employment department, secretariat, chennai-600 009 through the commissioner of Labour, chennai-600 006.

in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 and sub-section (2) of section 5 of the minimum wages act, 1948 (central act Xi of 1948) and in supersession of the Labour and employment Department Notification No.II(2)/LE/182/2013, published at pages 142 to 159 of Part ii-section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th february 2013, the governor of tamil Nadu hereby revises the minimum rates of wages payable to the employees in the employment in handloorn weaving industry in the state of tamil Nadu in respect of the works specified in column (2) of the Schedule below as. specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) thereof.
The schedule

(i) the dearness allowance shall be linked to the average consumer Price index Number for chennai city for the year 2010 (that is 161 points with base 2001=100) and for every rise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of rs.30.80 (rupees thirty and paise eighty only) per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.

(ii) the dearness allowance shall be calculated on the first April of every year on the basis of the average of the indices of the preceding twelve months, that is, from January to december.

(2) where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made in the case of men and women employees.
(3) to arrive at the daily rates of wages, the monthly wages shall be divided by 26.
(4) wherever the existing wages are higher than the minimum wages fixed herein. such existing wages shall be continued to be paid.

2. Notice is hereby given that any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person with respect thereto, on or before 16-10-2018 will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Objection or suggestion, if any, should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Labour and Employment Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 through the Commissioner of Labour, Chennai - 600 006.

Extra Wages:
Dhoti.- Extra wages shall be paid for the extra work. The rate of extra wages vary from 5% to 15% or even more on the basic wages depending upon the size of the pettu border design.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 and sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) and in Supersession of the Labour and Employment Department Notification No. II(2)/LE/478/2014 published at pages 534-537 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th August 2014, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby revises the minimum rates of basic wages payable to the classes of employees in the employment in Food Processing industry in the State of Tamil Nadu as specified in column (2) of the schedule below, as specified in the corresponding entries in columns (3) and (4) thereof.

(1) Classification of Zones.-
Zone A and B shall comprise of the following areas:-
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழில்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் (XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, இணைப்பில் காணும் எழுவினாவுடன் சென்னை தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
Zone A : All Municipal Corporations.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழில் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயத்தை கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

(2) Dearness Allowance.- In addition to the minimum rates of basic wages fixed above, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:-

ஓசூர், கமாஸ் மோட்டார்ஸ் லிமிடெட், நிறுவனத் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு 2014-2015-ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கு 20% போனஸ் தொகை வழங்குமாறு கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில், உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index for the year 2010, that is 161 points (with base 2001=100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs.36.00 (Rupees thirty six only) per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.

(3) (i) To arrive at the daily rate of wages, the monthly
rate of wages shall be divided by 26.
(ii) To arrive at the monthly rate of wages, the

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, இணைப்பில் காணும் எழுவினாவுடன் சேலம், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
No. II(2)/LE/693/2018.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக மாநகர போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம், சென்னை என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், அரசாங்க போக்குவரத்து ஊழியர் சங்கம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சேலம், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை சென்னை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
