Justice Huluvadi Gangadharappa Ramesh, senior-most Judge In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of of the Madras High Court, to perform the duties of the offi ce Article 124 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date to appoint Kumari Justice Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice of Kumari Justice Indira Banerjee, relinquishes charge of the the Madras High Court, to be a Judge of the Supreme Court offi ce of the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court consequent of India with effect from the date she assumes charge of her upon her appointment as a Judge of the Supreme Court of offi ce.
