Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes the Special Court at Nagercoil in the cadre of Sub Judge for the trial of Forest Offence cases in Kanniyakumari District as Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal for the area of Nagercoil in Kanniyakumari District and hereby appoints the Special Sub-Judge of that Court as Member of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal.

Establishments Act, 1947 (Tamil Nadu Act XXXVI of 1947) and in supersession of the Labour and Employment Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/LE/34/2016, published in page 19 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th January 2016, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the offi cers specifi ed in column (2) of the Table below to be Inspectors for the purposes of the said Act within the local limits assigned in the corresponding entries in column (3) thereof:-

2015 ஜூலை மற்றும் ஆகஸ்ட் மாதத்தில் தொழிலாளர்கள் பணிபுரிந்த நாட்களுக்கு உரிய ஊதியத்தினை நிர்வாகம் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதா?
ஆம் எனில், தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டிய பணப்பயன்கள் என்னென்ன?

மில்ஸ் பிரைவேட் லிட், திருப்பூர் மாவட்டம் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் தேசிய பஞ்சாலை தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் (INTUC), கோவை, கோவை & பெரியார் மாவட்ட திராவிட பஞ்சாலை தொழிலாளர் முன்னேற்ற சங்கம் (LPF), கோவை மற்றும் கோவை & பெரியார் மாவட்ட திராவிட பஞ்சாலை தொழிலாளர் முன்னேற்ற சங்கம் (MLF), கோவை ஆகிய மூன்று தொழிற்சங்கங்களுக்கிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை தொழில் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, சென்னை தொழில் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10 (2A பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை தொழில் தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

No. II(2)/LE/733/2018.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழகம் (கோவை) லிட்., ஈரோடு என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் அரசு போக்குவரத்து ஓட்டுநர், நடத்துநர், தொழிற்நுட்ப பணியாளர் தொழிற்சங்கம், மேட்டுப்பாளையம் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறில் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 1, 2 ஆகியவற்றை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறில் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 1, 2 ஆகியவற்றை சேலம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
