திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம், பழநி வட்டம், ஆயக்குடி கிராமம் வயல்வெளியில் சப்தகன்னியர் கற்சிற்பம் கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேற்காணும் புதைபொருள் தொடர்பாக புதையல் மீது முழுவதுமாகவோ அல்லது பகுதியாகவோ உரிமை கோரும் அனைவரும் திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் முறைப்படி நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ ஆஜராகி உரிமை மேற்கொள்ள வாய்ப்பளிக்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்படி உரிமை கோரல் தொடர்பாக திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக 28 ஆகஸ்ட் 2018 அன்று நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ தங்கள் உரிமை தொடர்பான ஆதாரங்களுடன் நேரில் விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜராகும்படி கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

புதைபொருள் சட்டம், பிரிவு 9-ன்படி மேற்படி புதையல் தொடர்பாக எவரும் உரிமை கோரவில்லை என்றாலோ அல்லது கோரப்பட்ட உரிமை தக்க ஆதாரமின்மையால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டாலோ கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட புதைபொருள் உரிமையற்றது (Ownerless) என முடிவு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படும்.

Confirmation of Variation to the Approved Saravanampatti Detailed Development Plan No. 2 of

Coimbatore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-2 in Proceedings Roc.No.585/18DP2, dated 31-07-2018 here by confi rms the following variation to the Conversion of Public purpose use into Residential use in S.No. 364 part (364/2B2 & 364/2B3) and 367/1A part (367/1A2) in Extent: 1.81 1/2 Acre - Saravanampatti Village, Coimbatore Corporation, Coimbatore North Taluk & District, Coimbatore Local Planing Area, approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 15203/2008 DP2, dated 07-12-2012 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12, published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 40, Part VI—Section 1, page No. 359 & 360, dated 09-10-2013 Publication No. VI(1)/395/2013 and the said draft notifi cation published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 13, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.110 & 111, dated 28-03-2018, Publication No. VI(1)/111/18.

2. Since no objecions and suggestions have been received on this draft notifi cation within the stipulated time, the same are here by confi rmed and ordered as below.

CONFIRMATION OF VARIATION

1. Whenever the expression Map No. 4 & 5, DDP (CR) DTCP No. 26/12, occurs the expression DDP (V)/DTCP No. 03/2018 should be added at the end to be read with.

2. In Schedule-IV (Form No. 7) in serial. No. 4, in Column 2, in comprising S.No. 364 part 367/1A pt shall be deleted.

3. In Schedule IV (Form No. 7) in Serial No. 4 in Column 4 the fi gure "2.40.0" shall be deleted and the fi gure "2.40.0" shall be deleted and the fi gure "1.66.54" shall be substituted at that same place.

Variations to the Approved Second Master Plan for the Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026 of

Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority for Chennai Metropolitan Area.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No. 419, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Thiruverkadu Township Area D.D.P. approved in G.O. Ms. No. 1451, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated:11-09-86 and published as Notifi cation in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

VARIATION

In the said D.D.P. in Clause 2(a), 3(xi) and 9(d) after expression Map No. 4 D.D.P/M.M.D.A. No.1/86 the expression and Map P.P.D. / D.D.P (V) No. 14/2018 shall be added.

In form 6:

In Column No. (2) under the heading "AGRICULTURAL" and under the sub-heading of "VILLAGE No.91, KOLADI" the S.No.66/3 shall be deleted from the part of R.S.No.66. In column No.(4) under the heading "AGRICULTURAL" and under the sub-heading of "VILLAGE No.91, KOLADI" an extent of "0.14.0 Hectare" shall be deducted from the total extent.

In Column No.(1) to (7) under the heading "INSTITUTIONAL" and under the sub-heading of "VILLAGE No.91, KOLADI" the following shall be added:
